We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our jewelry is hand-made to order, and we stand by our work. If we made a mistake or if there is a defect to your product, we will work with you to correct it. Give us an opportunity to make your purchase and shopping experience a pleasant one! *Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. Damage from normal wear and tear and accident is not covered and repair cost will apply.
We recommend getting your jewelry (that are set with diamonds/gemstones) to be checked every six months. We will do this for no-charge for the life of the jewelry. *You will be responsible for shipping cost. If we think repair needs to be done, we will proceed with your approval. *Repair fee will apply.
We offer one free sizing for the rings we made within one year of the purchase. Shipping fee will apply. Let us know which ring style you are interested in and we will give you guidance.

An appraisal by our partner Gemologist can be requested at the time of your jewelry purchase for pieces valued at 1,000 usd and up. Contact us for more questions.

We offer free shipping using USPS Priority or FedEx for US orders. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipping. Expedited order shipping is available with additional charge. Please contact us to inquire before placing an order.
Canada shipping is $20 flat fee and can take up to 10 business days. We are not responsible for VAT/custom/tariff fee.
All items are made to order just for you and we can't offer you a refund. Please make your selection carefully and feel free to contact us with questions.
United States: We charge sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Virginia. Orders shipped to all other states do not incur any sales tax.
